A leading retail group in Singapore seeks a HR Administrative Officer to manage HR operations, including onboarding and employee data management. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR or Business Administration and at least 2 years of HR experience, along with knowledge of the Employment Act. This is a full-time role based in Tampines offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for process improvement and involvement in employee relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely HR administrative and support services across the company. This includes managing employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll inputs, administering benefits, handling work pass matters, and serving as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries from store and warehouse employees.
The position is based in Tampines.
