Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time HR Executive role is based in the Woodlands North Region. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to our client, a leading manufacturing company, ensuring their workforce remains engaged and productive.

What you'll be doing
  1. Handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration

  2. Delivering engaging HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive company culture

  3. Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment-related matters

  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

  5. Assisting with HR analytics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

  6. Supporting the HR Manager in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for
