Job Summary
The HR Executive (TA) is responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent management of the company. This role ensures the company attracts and hires high-performing employees while also contributing to HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Draft and review job descriptions to ensure alignment with company structure and competencies.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems accurately.
- Assist in HR policy implementation, compliance, and documentation.
- Support HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Any other appropriate duties assigned
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
- Assist with audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
