You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in HR or Business Administration and has at least 2 years of HR experience focused on recruitment. Job Summary

The HR Executive (TA) is responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent management of the company. This role ensures the company attracts and hires high-performing employees while also contributing to HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Draft and review job descriptions to ensure alignment with company structure and competencies.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems accurately.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation, compliance, and documentation.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Any other appropriate duties assigned
Compliance & Policy Support
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
