Job Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF, SDL, income tax, and other statutory contributions
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations
  • Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) for submissions and compliance matters
  • Assist in performance appraisal, training coordination, and staff engagement activities
  • Provide support in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with Employment Act
  • Assist in other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with recruitment and payroll exposure
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
