About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing company's human resources operations in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the strategic development of our HR function.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
• Assist with the design and delivery of employee development programmes and initiatives
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR‑related matters
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR‑related challenges and opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and ensure data integrity

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and general HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
