A construction sector company in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.   • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HR Executive (Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition)
  • Location: Redhill
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $5,200 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and project positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates.
  • Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate hiring records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead or support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Drive bulk or project-specific hiring campaigns to meet staffing requirements.
Job Requirements
