Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, implementing recruiting strategies, and collaborating with hiring management. Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry. Our client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hyperpure silicon wafers and partner to many leading semiconductor companies.

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Responsibilities
  • Managing end to end recruitment cycle from client management till onboarding.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies (including advisement job board / agencies / search firms). Acquiring top talent with the right competencies.
  • Design goals and timelines to achieve recruitment turnaround time to ensure customer satisfaction and company priority.
  • Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring management team; provide reference checks for qualified applicants.
  • Organize & participate in job fairs or other outside activities.
  • Act as single point of contact for all recruitment / search agencies / temporary agencies.
  • Conduct behavioural interview and basic interviewing techniques training to teams involved in interviewing process. Provide leadership, coaching and expertise to hiring management team.
  • Conduct exit interviews for all employees
  • Lead and support the recruitment team by fostering collaboration, delegating tasks effectively, resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement to align with company goals
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience overseeing end to end recruitment; preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
  • Possess SAP experience is an added advantage.
  • Candidate experience in non-executive hiring is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high volume of work.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodology.
  • Knowledge of Excel V-lookup, Pivot, Outlook, database management.
  • Open-mindedness & positive attitude: A willingness to change as the position leads the way to new processes and changes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
