Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage various aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. Responsibilities also include preparing Letters of Employment and conducting orientation for new hires. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, managing compliance with the Ministry of Manpower requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Source and prospect for potential candidates through various channels.
  • Arrange interviews and prepare Letters of Employment.
  • Ensure compliance of Letters of Employment with MOM requirements.
  • Handle application of employment passes and PLRD notifications.
  • Conduct orientation and induction for new hires.
  • Update and submit manpower progress reports.
Job description
Recruitment
  • Sourcing and Prospecting (advertisements, recruiting agencies, government agencies, institutions of learning etc.)
  • Interview arrangements.
  • Preparation of Letter of Employment.
  • Ensure Letter of Employment is in compliance with MOM requirement.
Application & Creation of new records for new hires
  • Application of employment pass
  • Application for PLRD notification
  • Orientation and induction of new hires
  • Follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers.
  • Registration & creation of employee records in system
Preparation & Submission of Reports
  • Updating manpower progress report.
  • Recruitment tracking and progress report.
  • Other reports required by Head of Department
Other Adhoc duties as and when required
