A leading footwear company in Singapore is looking for a recruitment professional to handle various recruitment duties, onboarding administration, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business with at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment duties including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing and making job offers.
Onboarding administration including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation.
Proper maintenance of employee e-Pfile.
Assist in work pass application and renewal.
Update and maintain accurate employee data in Prosoft.
Assist to track confirmation appraisal.
Assist in preparing company letters.
Preparing report and presentation slides for weekly management meeting.
Source, propose, organize and lead company events.
Update of company handbook and policies when needed.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
