Job summary

A leading footwear company in Singapore is looking for a recruitment professional to handle various recruitment duties, onboarding administration, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business with at least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment duties including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and making job offers.
  • Onboarding administration including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation.
  • Proper maintenance of employee e-Pfile.
  • Assist in work pass application and renewal.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in Prosoft.
  • Assist to track confirmation appraisal.
  • Assist in preparing company letters.
  • Prepare reports and presentation slides for weekly management meetings.
  • Source, propose, organize and lead company events.
  • Update company handbook and policies as needed.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
