Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage payroll processing and the talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR generalist experience and be knowledgeable about the Singapore Employment Act. This role is critical in onboarding employees and handling day-to-day HR activities. Immediate starters will be considered favorably.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated individual with expertise in payroll and recruitment to join our team as HR Executive.

Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for full-timer and part-timer including reconciliation of timesheet attendance and leaves, wage calculations, deductions, CPF submission, tax clearance, updating HRMS records, government paid leave claims, etc. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement etc.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.

Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.

Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.

Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.

Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

Min. 2 years of working experience as HR generalist with at least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in the F&B industry.

Possess strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other relevant statutory legislations and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Good communication skills (spoken and written).

Proficient in MS Office and preferably Info-Tech.
