Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Executive (North) to support our Group HR Team. In this role, you will assist with key HR functions such as work pass management, HR documentation, training administration, and maintaining filing systems. You will also help prepare HR reports, support resignation and termination processes, and provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full range of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, including Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Clearance.
  • Handle work pass applications and coordinate with immigration authorities on foreign workers' matters.
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits, such as leave and medical benefits, in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence, including letters and other official documents.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies for sourcing candidates.
  • Coordinate with vendors on dormitory-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.
  • Oversee the entire payroll process, including reporting and statutory board declarations, and liaise with outsourced payroll vendors.
  • Contribute to corporate projects and assist in organizing staff events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
  • Meticulous, organized and highly dependable.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
  • Willing to work in the North.
  • The level of appointment offered will be based on the candidate's experience.
  • We welcome candidates who prefer working in the East, as there are two office locations available.
