Job summary
A leading maintenance company in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage compensation and benefits operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR functions, particularly in compensation and benefits. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance appraisals. A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with progressive wage model.
- Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration.
- Submit Government-Paid leaves as required.
- Support performance appraisal exercise and administer reward distribution.
- Assist in the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews.
- Partner and liaise with stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters.
- Add any other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Education
