Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to build recruitment frameworks from scratch and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or above in Human Resources and at least 2 years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory start-up.
  • Experience in handling employment contracts and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to design and implement training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory setup.
  • Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.

Job description
HR Executive (Manufacturing / Start up / Full spectrum / Recruitment)

Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.

Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.

Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.

Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.

Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.

Training & Development

Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.

Support in establishing performance management systems.

Assist with work pass applications and renewals.

Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Others

Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
