Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above in Human Resources and at least two years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing context. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. Candidates can apply by sending their resume in MS Word format.

Qualifications

Recruitment & Staffing
  • Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set‑up.
  • Manage recruitment channels, organise interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  • Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
  • Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
  • Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Support in establishing performance management systems.
Government & Administrative Affairs
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Others
  • Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad‑hoc projects.
Requirements

Diploma's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start‑up is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
