Job summary

A recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing or construction industry. Responsibilities include handling recruitment processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Job description
HR Executive Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Administer employee records and leave management using Prosoft HRMS
  • Manage full spectrum of work pass applications, renewals, and medical claims (Raffles Health Insurance)
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and related HR reporting
  • Coordinate annual and confirmation performance appraisals
  • Liaise with vendors and coordinate employee training programmes
  • Organise employee engagement and welfare activities (e.g. Lunch Talks)
  • Support HR compliance and participate in MOM surveys
HR Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and manpower strategies
  • Drive learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Partner with management to formulate and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational growth and workforce planning
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team
  • Ensure HR operations and documentation comply with MOM and statutory regulations
  • Manage HR systems and processes using Prosoft HRMS, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting
  • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture
  • Advise management on HR metrics, manpower trends, and continuous improvement initiatives
