Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage a comprehensive range of HR operations. Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on HR strategies, handling the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and improving employee retention. Qualifications

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs and company events.
