Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic HR professional to manage training and development needs, source external training providers, and foster a positive company culture. The role requires a diploma in HR or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Serve as an HR liaison for HR aspects: talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback
  • Work closely with HODs and management in handling organisation’s learning and development needs
  • Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources
  • Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping and filing of all training records
  • Plan, organise and coordinate engaging activities to foster a positive company culture
  • Work closely with schools for exchange programmes
  • Proactively review and formulate framework and policies, based on industry practices that are relevant to the workforce
  • Review of SOP aligning with company policies
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and relevant government agencies on initiatives, funding, grants and sponsorships available
  • Manage internal communications, including announcements, updates and corporate messages
  • Complete surveys from government agencies
  • Maintain good project documentation and familiar with ISO documentation requirements
  • Follow up and assist in certification audits
  • Serve as an HR liaison for HR aspects: talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, change management, employee relations, learning and development.
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
  • Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as may be required
Requirements
