Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle Government Grants applications and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in HR, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage detailed records. Responsibilities include communication with government agencies and supporting various HR tasks. Immediate or 1-month availability is preferred.

Job description

Handle applications, claims, and reports for Government Grants (e.g., ECDA, SSG, WSG), following all rules and deadlines.

Communicate with government agencies and partners to make sure all documents are submitted correctly.

Keep neat and accurate records for grants, subsidies, and funding.

Use Excel to prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports clearly and accurately.

Work with the Finance and Management teams to track grant payments and claims.

Help with other HR tasks like recruitment paperwork, staff onboarding, or audits when needed.

Make sure HR records are always updated and follow MOM and audit guidelines.

Support HR projects or process improvements related to grants and staff matters.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Government Grants reporting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Careful, accurate, and good with details.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude and responsible.
  • Can start work immediately or within 1 month.
