Job Details

  • Position Title: HR Executive
  • Working Location: Pioneer Sector 2
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR-related matters and administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
  • Administer and manage employee leave entitlements and records.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including payroll processing.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate selection, interview coordination, reference checks, offer letters, and other related administrative tasks.
  • Manage employee off-boarding processes, including resignations and terminations, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Supervise and evaluate employee performance, including handling appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support company operations.
  • Prepare and issue all official company documents, including letters of appointment, memos, forms, awards, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll and employee claims, including calculation of overtime and attendance verification.
  • Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, Foreign Worker Levy, Levy Waivers, IR21, and IR8A.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and liaise with relevant authorities on foreign manpower matters.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and personal files.
  • Submit government-paid leave claims, including NS, maternity, paternity, childcare leave, and other related submissions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
  • Familiar with payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
