Location: Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm

Salary: $3,200 – $3,500

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. This is a HR generalist role where you will be involved in a broad range of HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, learning & development, and day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support Learning & Development activities such as training coordination and tracking
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reports
  • Provide support in HR policies, employee engagement activities, and general HR administrative tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience (generalist experience is an advantage)
  • Familiar with local employment regulations and payroll processes
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
