An established educational institution in Singapore is looking for an HR officer to manage staff leaves, recruitment, and general office administration. Candidates should have a diploma in Human Resources, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Microsoft applications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to use various systems effectively.
This position requires the candidate to be nitty gritty. Your daily tasks include ensuring staffs’ leaves are completed in the HR system and timesheets are accurate, follow-up on emails sent by the staffs. Your ad-hoc tasks shall include scheduling interviews, recruitment, managing entry and exit process for the employees. You shall also be managing and tracking government paid-leaves, NS call-ups (ICT). In addition, you shall also be assisting with the general administration of the office.
Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources or related studies
Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar capacity
Fluent in English is a must
Good computer skills in desktop application such as Microsoft Words and Excel
Comfortable in using different system to achieve the work goals
