Job summary

A Singapore-based recruitment firm is seeking an HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, manage employee records, and oversee performance appraisals. Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer employee records and leave management using Prosoft HRMS.
• Manage full spectrum of work pass applications, renewals, and medical claims.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and related HR reporting.
• Coordinate annual and confirmation performance appraisals.
• Liaise with vendors and coordinate employee training programmes.
• Organise employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Support HR compliance and participate in MOM surveys.
