Summary

Manage HR lifecycle, payroll, training, employee relations, compensation, policies, compliance, and regional support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, exit), maintain HRIS records, handle work passes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Process monthly payroll, ensure accurate salary disbursements, address payroll queries, and prepare payroll and HR reports for management review.
  • Plan annual training budget, coordinate training programs, liaise with government schemes, maintain training records, and achieve 95%+ higher-skill conversion rate.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, handle grievances fairly, and maintain feedback channels to foster a positive workplace.
  • Administer C&B programs (leave, medical, insurance, incentives, dormitory, airfare, etc.), analyze data for improvements, and support new C&B initiatives.
  • Develop HR policies/SOPs, submit statutory reports, ensure compliance with labor laws, and coordinate with government authorities.
  • Provide HR administrative support across subsidiaries, ensuring smooth coordination between headquarters and regional branches.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
