Job Description:

Employee Benefits Management

• Assist with annual insurance renewal exercise
• Handle enquiries that staff may encounter on medical and leave benefits, work injuries, insurance claims and other HR related matters
• Monitor and track the claims and leave utilizations and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Provide support in the C&B Team in their remuneration and payroll processes.
• Participate in surveys and benchmarking exercise to ensure C&B practices are aligned with market practices and Management’s direction.
• Other ad hoc project related work assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant compensations & benefits experience, preferably in healthcare sector
