Job Details
  • Location: Central-east region
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Contract: 1 yr contract (with potential for conversion)

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our team, with a focus on expatriate management, mobility, compensation, and strategic collaboration with key stakeholders across Singapore, Malaysia, and India.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Compensation. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Collaboration with Government. Stay updated on government policies and leverage relevant programs to optimize workforce mobility and talent attraction.
  • Manpower Planning & Budget Management. Manage the annual manpower planning and budgeting process across business units.
  • Management Reports. Maintain dashboards using HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Mobility Management. Oversee end-to-end global mobility processes, including international transfers, visa/work permit coordination, and relocation logistics. Partner with external vendors (relocation agencies, immigration advisors) to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Expatriate Management. Provide end-to-end support for expatriates, including assignment-related queries, cost-of-living adjustments, and repatriation processes.
Requirement
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on expatriate and mobility management.
  • Certification in Global Remuneration (e.g., GRP, GPHR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax regulations, social security systems, and immigration laws.
  • Experience in collaborating with government agencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), Excel, and data visualization tools.
