Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and the implementation of strategy framework to drive continuous improvement of HR operations.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. E.g. Posting of advertisement, Shortlisting/Interviewing of candidates, Preparing of offer package.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely monthly payroll processing cycle and income tax matters.
  • Work closely with the management and line managers on recruitment needs.
  • Writing and developing of company HR policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
  • Handling all work pass related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation).
  • Processing of employee insurance claims.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of working experience handling HR + 2 full year handling full spectrum HR duties.
  • Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and developmental skills.
  • Experience in HR software, Info-Tech will be a plus.
