JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Conduct interviews and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
- Support payroll calculations and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and manage employee personal files.
- Assist with the application process for work passes and coordinate training enrollments.
- Provide assistance in Compensation & Benefits, including staff leave management and processing medical claims.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Collaborate closely with site Managers, Supervisors, and the management team to implement HR initiatives and provide operational support.
- Contribute to HR priority projects by handling administrative tasks, including updating relevant reports and tracking project deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in line with HR functions and organizational needs.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro‑active, meticulous and fast learner.
- Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Transportation pick‑up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer.
