Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, screening, and interviewing to successful onboarding.

  • Actively source and attract suitable candidates for various roles.

  • Handle staff contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and manage personnel files.

  • Administer monthly payroll, leave management, and benefits processing.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Coordinate internship placements.

  • Support management in employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR policy updates.

  • Perform other HR generalist duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in the service or retail industry.
