Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, screening, and interviewing to successful onboarding.
- Actively source and attract suitable candidates for various roles.
- Handle staff contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and manage personnel files.
- Administer monthly payroll, leave management, and benefits processing.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Coordinate internship placements.
- Support management in employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR policy updates.
- Perform other HR generalist duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in the service or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in HR administration, payroll processing, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
