A prominent HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage payroll, recruitment and employee benefits. Ideal candidates will have a minimum 2 years' experience in HR management. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive benefits.
HR EXECUTIVE
Full Time (Mon – Fri)
Working hours: 8.30 – 5.30
Salary: $3500 - $4000
AWS, Medical, Dental, Mobile allowance benefits
Office Location: Sembawang / Yishun
Requirements:
1. Requires minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management.
2. Have prior experience in HR administrative & generalist roles.
Roles & Responsibilties
1. Payroll processing
2. Recruitment (Job posting, interview).
3. Maintain accurate HR records, payroll data, employee files and reporting.
4. Support and coordinate performance appraisal cycle, increment exercise, and bonus calculations and payouts.
5. Arrange air ticket, hotel accommodation.
6. Handle foreign work passes issues and tax clearance.
7. Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
8. Manage and administer employee benefits such as insurance, medical, wellness, and leave entitlements.
