A human resources consultancy in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to oversee full HR functions, including talent management and office operations. Responsibilities
Generalist Duties
  • Oversee and perform the full spectrum of HR functions including EP applications and administration
  • Review, develop and implement HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of new staff
Talent Management and Acquisition
  • Provide talent acquisition support and spearhead strong employer branding initiatives
  • Plan and execute a holistic approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development and performance management, career/ succession planning, talent movement and retention, training and development.
  • Manage recruitment channels to find the right talents
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment functions which include job postings, screening, shortlisting and making job offers.
  • Build a database of freelancers and contract staff.
  • Provide HR consultancy and advisory to management team and team leads on best practices on employees communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and trusting culture
Compensation and Benefits
  • Work closely with management team and team leads in yearly rewards budgeting exercise.
  • Review and manage benefits and remuneration to ensure industry competitiveness.
Office management
  • Organising office operations and processes.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters.
  • Oversee office management matters such as IT matters, 3rd party maintenance contracts, fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office and door access etc.
  • Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management in local or private tertiary institutions
  • 3-5 years experience as an HR Assistant/Executive will be preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Appreciates a fun-loving work environment with liberal management style in a 30-pax strong set up
  • Strong interpersonal skills
