A local HR solutions company in Singapore seeks an HR professional responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves maintaining staff records, resolving workplace conflicts, and administrative incident management. Ideal candidates should have relevant HR experience and skills in conflict resolution.

In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.
Provide support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application/renewal/cancellation of work passes.
Maintain updated records of staff hostels assignments and occupancy. Take precautionary steps to ensure foreign workers residential address is promptly and accurately updated, conduct routine checks to ensure workers are indeed residing at the address reported to OFWAS system.
Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
Attend mediation session at TADM (Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management) as and when required.
Administration of incident records (Work Injury, Public Liability, Foreign Worker’s Work Medic). This shall include incident investigation/report, submission of IReport, submission of claims to insurer, chase of outstanding payment from Insurer.
