What is expected from this role to start with?

We are looking for a HR Executive to take care of HR activities from on-boarding to off-boarding. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Support the entire Associate life cycle, including issuance of offer letters, onboarding, work pass application, appraisal negotiation, Associate engagement, grievance handling & exit management. Goal is to take full ownership of the entire process with continuous & deep learning of each stage of the process.
  • Issuance of Offer Letter on priority, once approval is given by business.
  • Assisting in work pass processing and associated immigration requirements.
  • Verification of certificates/education/past employment documents, managing a proper record for all associates as per the internal process and keeping the internal system updated all times.
  • Completion of past employment verification/credit/litigation checks/on-boarding trainings prerequisites as required on a timely basis.
  • Managing activities related to timesheets, expense claims, leave administration etc.
  • Ensuring consistency of application of HR policies and procedures and alignment of HR
  • related programs.
  • Developing communication methods to convey the HR initiatives/policies clearly and impactfully to the targeted audience.
  • Partnering with the business to lead annual review processes and compensation with Associates.
  • Preparing weekly reports and dashboards to review to ensure the governance of the processes.
  • Creating and conducting an associate feedback process to ensure Associate delight.
  • Developing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and build networks through strong interpersonal skills and to enhance associate engagement.
  • Taking ownership and escalation of HR related issues if any, in a timely manner.
  • Perform duties as required for Associate satisfaction and to support HR processes.

Who shall fit-in the best for this role?

  • Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in HR Operations related experience.
  • A graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field is a prerequisite.
  • Having a mind-set of delivering value to make candidates/clients succeed and commitment to the purpose of the role.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication, inter-personal skills, meticulous and result-orientation are the most important attributes for this role.
  • Positive attitude to put-in efforts to achieve the desired goals shall make you a good fit
  • Team player with a positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.
  • CEI (Basic) certification is highly desired.
