A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage work pass applications, oversee payroll processing, and handle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with worker management including dormitory logistics and payroll calculation. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with government agencies on compliance matters.
· Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work pass via EPOL & WPOL
· Tracking and apply for necessary course for foreign workers
· Managing workers issue including worker dormitory Check in/out
· Monthly worker payroll processing including calculate overtime pay
· Issue purchase order for office stationary supplies and facilities repair and maintenance
· Responsible for the review and renewal of insurance policies which includes staff WIC, Medical insurance, Personal accident. Record incident and accident report and submit to MOM
· Job posting, Sourcing, interviewing, contract signing and onboarding for new hires
· Handle periodical survey from government agencies for 2 Companies
· Prepare yearly IR8A and IR21 submission for resigned foreign worker whenever applicable
