We’re looking for a dedicated and people-oriented HR Executive to join the People & Organization (HR) team at PestBusters Singapore.
If you enjoy connecting with people, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, this role is for you. You’ll get hands‑on experience across the full HR spectrum — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, employee engagement, and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow as an HR Generalist in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are valued.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment process — job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing plans. Keep recruitment trackers up to date and maintain good communication with candidates. Support employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth start.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed. Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation. Assist with monthly payroll processing and employee claims. Handle CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and other statutory requirements. Maintain and update attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Support performance appraisal processes and related communication. Help plan and organize team engagement and wellness activities. Contribute ideas to strengthen teamwork, motivation, and employee morale.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits or MOM‑related submissions. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Process statutory claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen) and related matters.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role with recruitment exposure. Familiar with HRIS or payroll systems (Timesoft or equivalent). A people person — approachable, professional, and dependable. Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in getting things done. A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Open to feedback and willing to learn and grow. A able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.
Be part of a growing company that values people, teamwork, and service excellence. Exposure to all areas of HR operations, not just recruitment. Supportive and collaborative work culture. Learning and career growth opportunities within the HR team. A meaningful role where your contributions directly support both our people and operations.
