JOB SUMMARY / JOB OVERVIEW


The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes handling payroll, employee movements, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory regulations. The role also oversees HR documentation, work pass applications, and employee records while supporting HR projects and initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all HR processes are carried out accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with local employment laws.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, and employee movements (transfers, promotions, confirmations, and resignations).

  • Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements).

  • Prepare and submit CPF, Income Tax (IR21, IR8A), and other statutory contributions.

  • Manage and update the employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis.

  • Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters, and bonus letters.

  • Apply for work passes, manage renewals, and monitor quota balances in compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Support HR projects and take initiative in improving HR processes.

  • Handle foreign staff management, including processing pass activities, renewals, medical check-ups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and management of Government portals related to foreign employment.

  • Provide support in employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting counseling sessions, and ensuring effective communication between employees and supervisors.

  • Manage the Group Employee Insurance Plan and update movements accordingly.

  • Prepare statistics and reports required for government surveys and questionnaires.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR Professional.

  • Proficiency in payroll processing and work pass administration is an advantage but not required.

  • Good communication and writing skills.

  • Result-oriented and goal-driven.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.

  • Solid knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices is a PLUS.
