Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in service/operations industry.

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a full spectrum of HR functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Manage and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives and compliance with WSQ/NEA requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF submissions, IRAS filing, and employment laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and support in HR projects and employee engagement activities.
Expected Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in service/operations industry.
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Experience with payroll software is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
