Job summary

Job Descriptions
  • Handle monthly payroll for overseas offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors on payroll and HR-related processes and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of annual HR budget.
  • Oversee leave administration and Off-in-lieu requests
  • Monitor childcare leave utilization and prepare data for government-paid leave claims.
  • Liaise with system vendors to address issues or enhancements related to the leave management system.
  • Administer the Flexible Benefits program.
  • Maintain and support the HR SAP/ESS systems to ensure accurate data management and user access.
  • Support secondment processes, e.g. assist in housing and relocation related matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and surveys.
  • Prepare compensation data for tax filing purpose.
  • Compile and submit the monthly manpower report to the Accounts department.
  • Organize and manage the annual employee awards
  • Verify and process HR-related invoices for payment.
  • Manage staff insurance matters, including annual renewal
  • Oversee corporate mobile line administration.
  • Handle intern onboarding and support processes as part of internship programs.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
  • Experience with regional HR operations (e.g., payroll, leave, and benefits management) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and statutory reporting (e.g., MOM submissions) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and leave management.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of employee income tax procedures and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Able to handle invoice processing, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
