Job summary
A leading construction contractor in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, and proven work pass management skills. Fluency in Mandarin and knowledge of AutoCAD are advantageous. Competitive compensation is offered.

Job Description:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes)
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
- Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits (leave, medical benefits, insurance, accommodation, airfare, and incentives)
- Prepare and submit government-mandated HR surveys and reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a HR generalist role, including at least 2 years in the Construction
- Proven experience in work pass management and labor payroll processing is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Able to speak mandarin, local dialect
- Authorised to work in Singapore
