Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage HR functions for foreign employees, including payroll, work pass applications, and personnel records. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Human Resource Management and has experience with Info-tech systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar qualification.
• Experience in handling HR functions for foreign employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR function for foreign employees including payroll and training.
• Manage work pass applications.
• Administration of workmen compensation.
• Handle company worker’s accommodation.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
• Implement HRIS system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
