Job summary

A global technology services company is looking for an HR Executive in Singapore to manage full life-cycle recruiting, HR operations, and ensure positive employee experiences. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in HR or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of local labor laws and systems like Workday is advantageous. This role requires a self-driven and detail-oriented individual.

Recruitment and On-boarding
  • Deliver full life‑cycle recruiting, including job posting, screening and arranging interviews
  • Source potential candidates on various platforms
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Compose salary proposals, letter of appointments and make offers to candidates
  • Manage internal recruitment portal
  • Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions
HR Operations
  • Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, certification letters
  • Handle confirmation or probation related matters
  • Update employee records in HR system
  • Payroll processing
  • Manage employee medical insurance
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews and exit clearance
  • HR reporting according to management requirements
  • Handle end‑to‑end work pass related processes: application, renewal and cancellation
  • Ensure employee personnel files are maintained and updated
Others
  • Organise and participate actively in company related events and initiatives
  • HR projects such as system implementation and integration
  • Update and support in implementation Safe Management Measures
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree/Professional certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with colleagues across other regions
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Ability to provide positive employee experiences
  • Self‑driven, motivated, independent and detail‑oriented
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations is an added advantage
  • Candidate with experience in Workday, BIPO, or HR system implementation will have an added advantage
