A leading HR services firm in Singapore seeks a competent HR professional to manage service delivery and support for foreign workers. Responsibilities include managing work pass applications, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting employee welfare initiatives. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR, at least 3 years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Ensure HR service delivery & support to relevant stakeholders
Work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
Manage issues pertaining to foreign workers.
Manage employee welfare matters.
Carry out HR policies and processes
Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor legislation and regulations.
Assist in Dormitory management and liaise with MOM.
Assist in Company’s event.
Attend to employee enquiries.
Provide daily operational HR administration support and other administrative duties.
Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by superior.
