Here's what you will be up to:

  • Be our welcoming superstar, handling everything from job ads to onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth farewells.
  • Dive into MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage agency timesheets and invoices for timely payments.
  • Transform recruitment data into user-friendly reports for our team leaders.
  • Maintain precise and timely Ministry of Manpower reports for compliance.
  • Safeguard confidential employee files with utmost care.
  • Handle daily HR tasks like updating employee information, drafting letters, managing locker keys, and organizing name cards.
  • Bring creativity to employee engagement through events and activities creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Bonus points if you excel in payroll, especially with Timesoft.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Hold a Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience (Timesoft experience is a plus!).
  • Have diversified experience across HR functions
