Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to design recruitment strategies and oversee employee relations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of Singapore's labor laws. This role includes designing performance management processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

Job description
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Design and implement recruitment and manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.

Manage accurate and timely payroll administration, including CPF contributions and statutory filings.

Support the annual salary review process and oversee benefits administration.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.

Drive and support engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management

Administer performance management cycles, covering goal setting, KPIs appraisals and feedback sessions.

Contribute to career development and succession planning programs.

Drive training & development program to enhance overall employee performance.

5. HR Policy, Documentation & Compliance

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor legislation and company direction.

Ensure HR operations comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Oversee preparation, filing, and safekeeping of HR documents, work permit, contracts, and reports in line with statutory obligations.

6. General Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office administration & operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Manage special assignments and ad hoc projects as directed by management.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in HRM or other relevant qualification.

At least 3 years of human resource experience in an equivalent role.

Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and create strategic partnerships.

Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act and MOM procedures.

Uphold integrity and maintain high degree of professionalism.
