Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with management on manpower needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper induction procedures.
Employee Records and HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in Ms word, Ms excel and physical file Company organization chart.
  • Prepare HR forms such as job application form, leave form and hr related forms required.
  • Add, delete member from insurance policy, renewal of yearly insurance such as company property insurances, outpatient medical and work injury compensation.
  • Monitor employee daily attendance.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and distribute monthly payslips.
  • Manage employee leave records such as off in lieu, annual leave, medical leave, no pay leave etc.
Others
  • Arrange frontline monthly roster and check their monthly timesheets.
  • Distribute to employees building access card.
  • Arrange and monitor part-time office cleaner job duties.
  • Stationery requisition.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
  • 4 years experience in human resource related.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin to effectively assist mandarin speaking customers.
