Job description
Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate execution of HR operational functions on a day-to-day basis. It covers a wide range of activities such as payroll administration, employee records management, and coordination of staff benefits. Additionally, the role plays an important part in supporting HR projects and initiatives at the group level by assisting in the rollout of policies, ensuring compliance, and streamlining internal HR processes. The aim is to contribute to consistent HR service delivery and foster a supportive, well-organized work environment.

Key Duties
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Carry out daily HR tasks with a focus on both administrative and operational efficiency.
  • Handle payroll matters including salary processing, CPF contributions, tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (e.g. PayBoy) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with employee insurance matters including renewals, claims, and policy updates.
  • Prepare monthly workforce reports and assist in compiling HR-related SG&A data.
  • Participate in salary surveys and help conduct internal/external pay benchmarking to support compensation reviews.
  • Contribute to statutory submissions and HR-related government surveys.
  • Coordinate employee learning and development activities.
  • Support the execution and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Collaborate on corporate HR projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Manager.
Preferred Profile
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent of at least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore’s employment regulations and payroll practices.
  • Strong initiative, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and performance-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural setup.
  • Effective in managing tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with project coordination and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; HRIS experience is a plus.
