We are looking for Technician / Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer. Title will be offered based on relevant experience or education.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, offers) for technical roles (engineers, machinists, technicians)
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs in precision manufacturing
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes for factory and office staff; Administer probation reviews and performance management systems; Handle work pass applications/renewals (EP, S Pass, WP)
  • Compensation & Benefits: Process monthly payroll including shift allowances and overtime; Administer employee benefits (medical, insurance, AWS); Conduct salary benchmarking for technical positions
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain ISO-documented HR processes; Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and TAFEP guidelines; Prepare HR analytics reports (attrition, headcount, training hours)
  • Employee Engagement: Organize workplace safety initiatives (WSH Council support); Drive employee communication programs (townhalls, newsletters)
