Job summary

A local HR services firm is seeking an HR Executive (Full Spectrum) to manage comprehensive HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience, preferably from a small to medium-sized company. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The position is full-time with a salary package of up to SGD 6000 plus AWS, located in the West Coast area of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in small/medium-sized companies.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations as the sole HR representative.
• Handle recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support manpower planning and performance appraisal cycles.
• Manage government grants and work pass applications.
