Seeking an experienced HR Director to drive the people strategy for a rapidly expanding global MedTech organization.
*Must have: experience in Medical device/equipment industry.
*Must have: Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA market etc
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Group HR leadership to design and implement global HR and talent management strategies.
- Lead and develop a regional HRBP team to deliver programs in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
- Design and execute talent retention and succession plans, with a strong focus on developing the next generation of commercial leaders.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through effective incentive and reward programs.
- Partner with business leaders and HQ HR to roll out core values, culture initiatives, and key people projects across regions.
- Work with Regional VPs to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational scalability.
- Establish and improve HR policies, frameworks, and operational processes, including payroll and compliance for international markets.
- Coach and mentor regional HR team members to enhance capability and performance.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of HR Director or HRBP or TA Head experience in Medical device/equipment industry.
- Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA etc
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to liasie with stakeholders.
