Job summary

A leading global MedTech organization based in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Director to drive the people strategy. The successful candidate will design and implement HR management strategies, lead a regional HR team, and foster a performance-driven culture. Ideal applicants will have over 5 years of experience in the medical device/equipment industry, strong leadership skills, and fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of HR Director or HRBP or TA Head experience in Medical device/equipment industry.
  • Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a regional HRBP team to deliver programs.
  • Design and execute talent retention and succession plans.

Seeking an experienced HR Director to drive the people strategy for a rapidly expanding global MedTech organization.

*Must have: experience in Medical device/equipment industry.

*Must have: Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA market etc

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Group HR leadership to design and implement global HR and talent management strategies.
  • Lead and develop a regional HRBP team to deliver programs in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Design and execute talent retention and succession plans, with a strong focus on developing the next generation of commercial leaders.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture through effective incentive and reward programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HQ HR to roll out core values, culture initiatives, and key people projects across regions.
  • Work with Regional VPs to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational scalability.
  • Establish and improve HR policies, frameworks, and operational processes, including payroll and compliance for international markets.
  • Coach and mentor regional HR team members to enhance capability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to resolve employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of HR Director or HRBP or TA Head experience in Medical device/equipment industry.
  • Having at least 3 years of overseas hiring like APAC, EMEA etc
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to liasie with stakeholders.
