Overview

Bluemedia Pte. Ltd., the Singapore arm of BlueFocus Group, is looking for an experienced HR Director to lead its human resource’s function and support business growth, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Bluemedia’s business goals.
  • Lead recruitment for key management and functional roles and build employer branding.
  • Design and manage performance management systems (e.g., KPIs, OKRs), and drive talent development initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs; ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM guidelines.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and provide HR advisory to senior leadership.
  • Supervise HR operations, including payroll coordination, HRIS, personnel records, and HR reporting.
  • Build a strong company culture and engagement across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in media, digital, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (given communication with headquarters / regional team).
