Job summary

A dynamic HR services company in Singapore seeks a proactive HR & Administrative Executive. This role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Ideal candidates should possess strong people-management, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires multitasking and effective communication abilities.   • Assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Handle general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Support management in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, attendance records, and personnel files.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
  • Provide support in policy implementation and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with staff and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
